When I first used the Majestic Pure Peppermint Essential Oil it was late at night when I couldn't breathe through my nose because of a cold. Recently I was asked to do a review on a Zen Cell Phone Car Holder by SF Enterprises. They sent me a free unit to try out in my car. There are almost 7 billion cell phone owners in the world and over 1 billion automobile owners. I find it ridiculous that an automobile manufacturer hasn't come up with a way to hold cell phones to make it convenient for the driver. Maybe even make it far enough away that they can't text while driving. In the meantime, SF Enterprises came up with a super simple, portable, sturdy and universal way to hold your cell phone in the car.

Typically I put my cell phone in the door handle of the car or the drink holder (when it's not already filled with a drink). Once I accidentally put my cell phone in my drink thinking that I was just putting it in the cup holder. $300.00 later I told myself I wouldn't make that mistake again. It's fairly easy to run out of convenient places to store your cell phone in the car and I'm glad that the Zen Cell Phone Car Holder was sent to me to try out.

The device is really simple and universal from what I can see. I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and it held my cell phone just fine. The Zen Cell Phone Car Holder uses a spring loaded system that holds your cell phone tight. It has the ability to stretch up to 6" for cell phones with larger cases. If you're planning on using it in a GPS mode and you need to turn the phone sideways, it's as easy as spinning the unit on its side. The rubber grip makes it easy to slide onto the grates on the vent in your car. You can adjust the vent to aim the phone towards you or away from you.

While I found the design and packaging and ease of use to be great with the Zen Cell Phone Car Holder, the only flaw that I found was you won't be able to receive the air (hot or cold) from the vent that has the Cell phone holder. While the holder itself doesn't block much of the air, having a larger cell phone would make it nearly impossible for air to pass by it and I can't imagine it would be good for the phone to have hot or cold air pushing straight at it. I would suggest turning the vent off if you plan on using this device.

I was asked to do a review for the New Radiance Naturals Professional Vitamin C 20% Serum in return for free product and pay. I had never heard of this company before and I was interested in seeing the quality of the Vitamin C Serum that they have in their line. One of the first things I noticed about the company is that they don't test on animals, it's 98% Natural and 72% Organic, it's vegan and they have a money back guarantee. Oh, and New Radiance Naturals Professional Vitamin C 20% Serum is made in the USA in their FDA Certified Facility. That's a great start when I'm testing out products.

When I received the product I noticed that the packaging was very professional. You'd be surprised how many products I test out and they look like they were made in someone's garage. The New Radiance Naturals product came in a tinted glass eye dropper bottle that was sealed (so you can see if it's been tampered with). I also noticed on the label that the New Radiance Naturals Professional Vitamin C Serum has a few more helpful and active ingredients than most Vitamin C serums.

Some of the most helpful ingredients are organic Aloe, Vitamin C, Witch Hazel, Vitamin E and Organic Jojoba Oil. It also has Ferulic Acid, but scientists haven't determined that it's a strong enough source to actually protect your skin from UV rays, so that ingredient doesn't mean as much to me. The Witch Hazel and Organic Jojoba Oil on the other hand are great ingredients to add to this serum. Witch Hazel acts like a toner and it can help make pores appear to be smaller. It can also help with bruises, cuts, swollen veins, sun burn, hemorrhoids and a ton of other home remedies when used on its own. The New Radiance Naturals Vitamin C serum also has Organic Jojoba Oil which is helpful for people with oily skin. Even though jojoba oil is an oil, it can help regulate the amount of sebum (what you see as oil) your skin makes, creating less oil.

Now that I've bored you to death with the details on the ingredients and the possibilities of this product let me explain how I used it. After I took a shower and I towel dried my face I added about 3-5 drops in between two fingers and I massaged the New Radiance Naturals product into my skin under my eye and around my brow line. Being that there is Witch Hazel in this product I decided not to use my toner before applying the New Radiance Naturals Professional Vitamin C Serum. When I put the serum on I noticed that it had a unique smell which was from the witch hazel. It was a pleasant smell that could be considered relaxing. I didn't notice any tightening with my skin when the product dried, but I did feel like my face was moisturized. I applied my moisturizer on about 20 minutes later and I applied my makeup. I didn't notice any difference in the way that my makeup stayed on. It seemed to last all day like normal.

After a long day of work I washed my face and put more of the serum on. I didn't notice any immediate difference in my face, but I did notice a difference in the discoloration or variations in my skin tone. I found that my skin was starting to even out in tone and the skin above my brow was less oily.

I was asked by Majestic Pure Cosmeceuticals to do a review on their Vitamin C 20% Serum in exchange for a free bottle of their product. This company has several amazing products and they have actually asked me to try several of them. This product is by far one of my favorites because I believe that Vitamin C helps reduce the look of lines and dark coloration in your skin.

When the product came in I noticed that it came in an eye dropper style bottle that was tinted to keep the product in it's purest form. After opening the bottle I could smell the witch hazel which has a cinnamon type smell to it. Some people may not like this smell, but I find it relaxing. I'd much rather have the smell of witch hazel on my face than something that smells like chemicals or alcohol.

To use the product I made sure to wash my face with my normal cleanser and then after towel drying my face I massaged in a few drops of the Majestic Pure Vitamin C 20% Serum under my eyes and a bit on my cheeks. I have a lot of freckles and age spots around my cheeks and I'm hoping this serum will help remove them or make them less visible. I noticed that after I let the serum dry on my skin that it didn't feel thick or cakey. I went on with putting my make-up on and went on with my day.

I ended up using the Majestic Pure Vitamin C 20% Serum twice a day for three days and I noticed that the age spots/dark spots around my eyes and cheeks started to diminish. I ended up using the serum for a week straight and I noticed a big difference on how bright the skin around my eyes looked. The results on this product are great and I can see why this product does so well after reading other people's reviews. They say on the bottle that you should start to see results in 30 days, but I saw it sooner than that.

I was asked to give my honest review of the Infinite Joy with Ginseng Herbal Tea in exchange for a free bag of tea. For starters the packaging was colorful and easy to store since it comes in a zip lock bag. The bags inside are already portioned and easy to add to a cup of hot water without filtering the herbs. The Infinite Joy Herbal Tea says that it helps boost your basal metabolic rate which will assist in weight loss. As we all know, I am forever on a diet. There are over 21 herbal ingredients in one bag of the Infinite Joy Herbal Tea, all of which are meant to help with adding vitamins to your daily diet and to help with a person's digestive enzymes.

The list of ingredients include herbs like Hibiscus Sabdariffa, which is a starch blocker, Eucalyptus Globulus which is an anti-inflammatory. It also has Avena Sativa which helps lower the bad cholesterol better known as LDL. The components of the tea should definitely help with overall health, but I'm not sure the claim of losing weight can be determined without case studies.

Once I read through the ingredients I decided to sit down and drink some of this delicious Infinite Joy Herbal Tea. the smell is light, but the floral flavor is very strong if steeped for the full 5 minutes. I could taste the hibiscus and the rosa immediately. I ended up adding a teaspoon of honey to take down the strong Pimpinella Anisum flavor which tastes similar to licorice. I'm not a fan of licorice and the honey seemed to enhance the other ingredients more. The Infinite Joy Herbal tea was very good, but I can't see drinking it as often as it suggests on the bag to see results in weight loss. Personally I didn't see any difference in my weight from the few days that I tried it out, but I did have to pee more often which is a good thing. Any time I can drink something that will help me release the toxins in my body more often is a good thing.

The only true hangup I have with the Infinite Joy Herbal Tea product is the name. I don't like when companies call something a tea when it isn't. I realize I'm being super picky here, but this product is not an actual tea. It's caffeine free and it's made up of herbs not the Camellia sinensis plant which all tea comes from. If should be considered an Herbal Blend or Herbal Drink instead of using the word tea. Outside of my silly little hangup this product is really good to drink in the morning to energize you. I was asked to give my honest review on the Vilesto iPad Mini Cover from BCM Marketing in exchange for a free unit. I loved the idea of doing a review on this product because I had been through several iPad covers and none seemed to hold up very well. I was really hoping that this one would feel sturdy and look sleek as most seem bulky and too flimsy.

When I received the Vilesto product the first thing I noticed was the great packaging. Already I could see this being a great gift for many Apple users. I liked that the Vilesto iPad Mini Cover has a slim design and that the structure seems sturdy and sleek. The front part of the cover is nice and smooth and has a professional look to it. The back is made with a semi transparent thicker plastic to protect the iPad Mini.

The front cover can also be used as a stand by folding it up into a triangle. The back has all the holes cut out to make it easy to plug in your ear phones, take pictures and plug in the charger. I really liked this product because it makes it easy and light weight to travel around with my iPad Mini. I also feel that the Vilesto iPad Mini Cover protects my iPad enough when I travel to and from work and when I'm on vacation. I can throw it in my bag without worrying about the front getting scratched. The back of the Vilesto iPad Mini Cover seems thick enough that if I dropped my iPad it would take the brunt of the fall. The cover also activates the sleep/wake feature of the iPad which is huge when I am in a rush and I forget to turn it off.

I found it interesting that the company doesn't suggest this case for children under 6 years of age. I can see that they may fear that the product will break if it's dropped, but I imagine that most plastic cases would break if it's dropped. This cover actually seems a little thicker than most and I think that it would be better than not having anything on you iPad. I would fear any child holding my iPad with or without a cover unless I was watching them play with it or if they were doing anything other than sitting down with it. The Vilesto iPad Mini Cover would make a perfect gift or solution for anyone who has an iPad Mini that they travel with. I was asked to try out the True Skin Care Soothing Eye Gel and they gave me a free full size bottle. The first thing I noticed was it came in a unique pump style bottle with very professional packaging. Most of the eye serums that I've tried have come in an eye dropper style bottle and it was refreshing to have an easy pump style.

True Skin Care Soothing Eye Gel uses cucumber and aloe to help relieve swelling under eyes and to help eliminate dark circles. They also use glycyrrhiza glabra root extract which is also known as licorice. When this part of the licorice root is used in skin care it acts as an anti-inflammatory and soothing anti-irritant. Many people with a condition called Rosacea use licorice to help lessen the pink tone in their skin. I love that True Skin Care Soothing Eye Gel uses the licorice because I haven't seen it in many eye serums and gels before.

When I first used the True Skin Care Soothing Eye Gel I made sure to wash my face and use my toner before application. This gave me a completely clean canvas to work on. I will say that my skin is very sensitive and it made my skin blush in the areas of application while it was still wet. Once it dries I could see that the blushing had gone away and I could begin to feel it tightening on my face. It almost felt like a little face lift or something. (Not that I've had a face lift, but it just felt more firm).

I used the True Skin Care Soothing Eye Gel in the morning while I was getting ready for work. After the gel had dried on my face I added my moisturizer and went on to put my makeup on. I didn't notice anything different with how my makeup was applied or how long it lasted. When I took my makeup off at night I noticed that normally I have dark circles under my eyes after a long day and after the first use they weren't really visible. I ended up washing my face and applying some more eye gel before I went to bed. The blushing effect happened again, but no irritation or anything.

I can see that the True Skin Care Soothing Eye Gel is a good product and it would work easily with almost any skin regime. I like that the company is small and that the product is made in the USA. The only thing that I would like to see is a percentage of how much of the product is natural and organic. I was recently sent an iPad Car Headrest Mount Holder for free from Evergreen Tech in return for an honest review. While I was very excited about the possibilities of this product I was disappointed with the results. I hate leaving bad reviews and I did my best to work out every kink I could with this product. I even went so far to email the company and ask them why they made a specific seam on the strap when other solutions would have worked better. Their answer was it pretty much blown off as it works fine and I should be able to use it as is.

Here is what I can tell you about the iPad Car Headrest Mount Holder from Evergreen Tech product... the quality is there and the need for the product is there but the execution is less than mediocre. The so called back flap that works as a stand is very weak and would in no way be able to hold up an iPad2, iPad3 or iPad4 as it suggests. Once I put the iPad in the holder I found that it was almost impossible to pull it out without worrying about breaking the screen on the iPad. However, there are holes that are situated perfectly for earphones, charger and for the speakers which is very helpful.

The iPad Car Headrest Mount Holder from Evergreen Tech claims that it fits most headrests or the bars underneath the headrest. Here is what I can tell you about this part of the design. It sucks. Okay, no really... they have good quality materials but they designed it all wrong. The strap that is used to wrap around "most" headrests is a high quality strap that typically can handle a lot of pull/weight. They attached this strap through two very sturdy buckles/loops. Unfortunately they designed the strap to go on the back of the holder and sewed it into the sides of the leather instead of just attaching it in some way to the buckle. Then they added a hook and loop system to hold the strap securely around the headrest or headrest bars. What they should have done is used the same amount of elastic band and instead of sewing it into the sides of the leather, they should have sewed it onto itself around the silver plated buckle on each side. This would have given this product almost 8 - 10 inches more pull around virtually any headrest. It would have also made it more user friendly for attaching it to other objects if needed.

What about strapping it around the bars? Well, if you're looking to strap it around the bars of the headrest first things first you have to raise your headrest. Your headrest is in your car for safety reasons, NOT for decoration. If you have a high set headrest than I will admit that this holder will securely strap around the bars, but it will typically be at an angle where any short person or child in the back may not be able to clearly see the screen as it will be angled upwards in most vehicles. If you have your headrest set low than the elastic strap won't fit properly and it will make the iPad Car Headrest Mount Holder less secure or even loose. The unique elastic strap being sewn into the leather also makes the so called flap/stand difficult to use.

While the idea of the iPad Car Headrest Mount Holder from Evergreen Tech is a good idea the product was executed poorly in my opinion. Hopefully if they decide to make one for the iPad mini or any smaller units they'll take the comments that I've made and use them on their next design. They can contact me for payment on this idea and I can walk them through it. Ohh and just another quick quality control comment while I'm at it. Make sure to punch out the holes for the speaker instead of just cutting them and leaving them filled with the leather. Again, simple stuff to make customers happier. Sorry iPad Car Headrest Mount Holder from Evergreen Tech I know you won't believe me when I say that I really don't like leaving bad reviews, but I do leave HONEST reviews!

I had been asked to do a review on Joyal Beauty Hyaluronic Acid Serum in which they sent me a bottle to try for free. To start with I want to explain what Hyaluronic Acid does for your skin. Hyaluronic Acid (HA) also known as hyaluronan or hyaluronate, is a carbohydrate. It occurs naturally in the body and more importantly its function in the body is, amongst other things, to bind water and to lubricate movable parts of the body, such as joints and muscles. Because it works so well with water it can be considered the a natural moisturizer for the body.

Okay okay, enough boring stuff and back to the review. When I received this product the first thing I noticed was that it came in a bottle with a pump system on it. I LOVE that part. Joyal Beauty Hyaluronic Acid Serum comes in a dark glass bottle to protect the ingredients inside and the pump system makes it easy to dole out the perfect amount of product to be used under both eyes. While following the directions I noticed that it wants me to wash my face and leave my face damp. The reason for this is because the product is concentrated and the HA works best with water. It creates a gelatinous mixture which helps keep the moisture in and soaks into the top layers of the skin which help keep it feeling firm.

When I applied the Joyal Beauty HA Serum under my eyes I noticed that my skin started to feel cool and moist immediately. Even once the serum dried I felt as though my skin was refreshed. It did make my skin feel a little tacky, but I'm sure that's just the HA doing its job. I did notice that because of the tackiness of the product I wouldn't wear it under my makeup, but I could wear it before a workout or playing volleyball. It's supposed to be a good UVB protective shield and with the moisture that it leaves it could only help out door here in Florida.

I've only been using the Joyal Beauty Hyaluronic Acid Serum for a few days, but I will say that my face looks more hydrated and healthy. I'm sure if I continue to use it on dry areas of my skin or sore joints it will make a big difference in the feel and look of my skin. The Joyal Beauty Hyaluronic Acid Serum is 100% Natural! 100% Vegan! Alcohol-Free! Chemicals-Free! Parabens-Free! Oils-Free! GMO-Free! On Amazon it sells for under $17.00 for 1 fl oz which I would say it will probably last about 2 to 3 months depending on how often you use it. I was asked to do a review for the Naturalico Vitamin C & E Serum. Unlike most Vitamin C Serums this one has vitamin E as well. Vitamin E can help block free radicals which can slow down the look of aging. When used properly it can help reduce the sign of lines and age spots. Most eye serums don't use vitamin E because it has a thicker consistency and can sometimes feel greasy. The benefits of using a serum with vitamin E don't rest at making your skin look youthful, but it can also improve the look of dry skin, reduce the look of scars and it can help with hair growth if used in other forms.

While I love that the Naturalico Eye Serum has both vitamin C & E in it, it really only works best at night because of the vitamin E. I found that when I used the product under my makeup it caused my foundation powders to flake throughout the day. I also found my skin to feel a little more greasy than normal.

Although I don't feel that this product should be used in the day underneath makeup I do feel that this product is potent enough to use at night after you wash your face. I began using the product after washing my face and patting it dry. I used a few drops underneath both eyes and up towards the outside of my brow bone. Then I would add my moisturizer to the rest of my face. After a few days of using Naturalico Vitamin C & E I noticed that my crows feet weren't as obvious and I had little to no dark circles under my eyes. I also noticed that my eyes looked brighter when I'd apply makeup the next day. It definitely has some wonderful benefits if you continually use the product.

The Naturalico Eye Serum product comes in a tinted bottle to keep sun light out so it won't jeopardize the quality of the product inside the bottle. The eye dropper is easy to use and it helps keep the air out. I typically use a few drops in between two fingers and I massage the product in a circular motion under my eyes. Try not to pull too hard on your skin because over time this area loses elasticity and the pulling can create more loose skin or bags under your eyes. If you're worried about pulling the skin try patting the product on gently with a makeup sponge.

The Naturalico Vitamin C & E Serum says that it uses Pure 98% Natural 72% Organic ingredients. The use only the finest of natural ingredients like pure sea buckthorn oil, organic hyaluronic acid and organic rosehip oil are included in our revolutionary formula.
