Foxbrim Rosehip Seed Oil
I was asked to do a review on the Rosehip Seed Oil from Foxbrim in return for a free bottle of the oil. I've tried Rosehip oils before and although I found them to be useful I can't seem to bare the smell. If you've never smelled Rosehip Oil before it has a nutty plant like aroma. It can sometimes smell dirty or musky and most people that get headaches from smells could easily get one from this scent. When I received this one I expected the same thing, but I noticed that the smell was much more mild than other brands.
I also liked the bottle that this one came in because it had a pump style nozzle on it. This was a nice feature since most come in an eyedropper style which can be a little messy at times. With the pump style bottle that Foxbrim has I found it to be easy to use, but you're less able to pump out a small amount. I like having a little more control on how much comes out of the bottle.

Directions for use for the Foxbrim Rosehip Seed Oil
The Foxbrim brand of Rosehip Seed Oil is 100% pure and organic. They are a PETA friendly company and have USDA Organic on their label. These are all great things when it comes to a product I'm using on my skin. I started using it as a moisturizer on a couple of my scars. After cleaning the scars with soap and water I towel dried the area and squirt one pump onto the scar tissue. I massaged it in for a minute or so and I let it air dry. The Foxbrim Rosehip Seed Oil seems to be less greasy feeling and it seems to soak up into my skin a little better than some brands.
I did this treatment on my scars for about 2 weeks and I noticed that the scars weren't as raised up as normal. I also noticed that on one of the scars the red tone that surrounds the scar was almost gone. The other scar is completely white and I didn't notice a difference in the color of that one.

Last time I tried to use the Rosehip Oil as a moisturizer on my hair but I couldn't tolerate the smell. When I tried it with the Foxbrim Rosehip Seed Oil I didn't notice the smell much at all. Actually I noticed my hair felt soft and shiny and after I added a little perfume to my hair I didn't notice any smell from the Rosehip Seed Oil.
Overall I feel like the Foxbrim has a really nice product and it could be used in a number of ways. The fact that they are Organic and PETA friendly would make it easy for me to chose their brand over other brands. If you're looking for a light smelling Rosehip Oil I would say you should definitely try the Foxbrim brand.
