Clarigenics Vitamin C Serum Eye Dropper The instructions are standard to all Vitamin C Serums and as it mentions you should wash your face an use a toner before applying the product. The product is liquid and it has an eye dropper to help with application. Although it isn't mentioned I would make sure to wash your hands thoroughly before using your finger tips to apply the serum. Take a few drops and add them to your finger tips and lightly pat around the underside of your eye and around your crows feet area. For those of you that have worry lines you can pat around them as well. Steer clear of your eyes or eye lid as this product is highly concentrated.
