I was asked to do a review on the Coconut Colon Cleanse by Island Vibrance and I have to say I was a little worried about talking to my viewers about something so personal. While all of that is well and good and I could always use some help with my body's metabolic rate, I personally eat a high protein diet and I could use some help in the "going" department. One of the things that I hate the most about laxatives and prescriptions from doctors is that they upset my stomach and make me cramp up so badly that I pretty much have to know that I'm staying at home for the next 24 hours after taking the medicine. I was worried that the same thing would happen if I took the Island Vibrance Coconut Colon Cleanse. I was also worried about getting that feeling of needing to rush to the bathroom.

Neither of these things were a factor with this pill. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PILL! It has definitely made it to my Jenni's Best Products list. I took this pill have a long spell of too much protein and a bloated tummy and within a few hours my issues were resolved. No pain, no cramping and no need to run to the restroom. Just an easy breezy feeling of being relieved and feeling cleansed. There was no bad aftertaste and no gassy feeling after taking the pills. I can't tell you how glad I am that I found this product and that it works so well for me. I was asked to do a review on Will's General Garcinia Cambogia Extract in exchange for a free trial bottle. I've taken Garcinia Cambogia pills before and I have found them to be helpful when trying to lose weight. Now that all the holidays are over I definitely need to get back on track. When my package arrived I started taking Will's General Garcinia Cambogia immediately. The suggested use is 1 to 2 pills on an empty stomach 30-60 minutes before a meal. You're not supposed to exceed 6 pills a day. This works out to taking 2 pills before breakfast, 2 pills before lunch and 2 before dinner. It's pretty simple to use as a dietary supplement.

A few of the things that I noticed about Will's General Garcinia Cambogia Extract was that it's made in the USA and it hasn't been approved by the FDA. The make-up of the pills is 30mcg Chromium, 66mg Potassium and 1000mg Garcinia cambogia with 50% HCA. These ingredients are supposed to help with blood sugar levels, fiber and of course appetite suppressant. Some people are against taking pills with Chromium because it's a metal, but for some people it can help with depression, lowering bad cholesterol and lowering blood sugar. While people with liver disease shouldn't have this ingredient at all. Chromium has also been known to give people skin irritations and headaches. I haven't ever had a problem taking pills with Chromium before and recently I got my blood results back from the doctor's office and all my levels of cholesterol and sugar were normal. Nothing too high and nothing too low.

I started taking Will's General Garcinia Cambogia Extract as directed. I didn't noticed much of a difference in my appetite until the fourth day. On the fourth day I noticed that I wasn't as hungry around lunch time or dinner. My snacking seemed to go down and I began feeling more full when I was eating. Although my appetite was smaller and I wasn't eating as much I can't say that I noticed a difference in my weight. A few days later I checked my weight and it was the same. Will's General Garcinia Cambogia Extract obviously helped suppress my appetite but I haven't taken it long enough to notice a drop in my weight. I'm going to continue to take the pills and see if anything changes in my weight over the next couple of weeks.

While I've been taking the pills I haven't noticed a change in my energy level which some Garcinia Cambogia has a tendency to help boast my energy, this one didn't. This one seemed a lot like a vitamin with little to no after-taste. I wasn't burping up anything like I would with a fish oil pill. The pills in the Will's General Garcinia Cambogia are pretty standard and there's really nothing in them to make you feel sick or sluggish. These pills can be found on Amazon for under $20.00 for a supply of 60. Just keep in mind that if you're taking these pills everyday for every meal a 60 capsule bottle will only get you through 2-3 weeks.

I was asked to give my honest review of the Infinite Joy with Ginseng Herbal Tea in exchange for a free bag of tea. For starters the packaging was colorful and easy to store since it comes in a zip lock bag. The bags inside are already portioned and easy to add to a cup of hot water without filtering the herbs. The Infinite Joy Herbal Tea says that it helps boost your basal metabolic rate which will assist in weight loss. As we all know, I am forever on a diet. There are over 21 herbal ingredients in one bag of the Infinite Joy Herbal Tea, all of which are meant to help with adding vitamins to your daily diet and to help with a person's digestive enzymes.

The list of ingredients include herbs like Hibiscus Sabdariffa, which is a starch blocker, Eucalyptus Globulus which is an anti-inflammatory. It also has Avena Sativa which helps lower the bad cholesterol better known as LDL. The components of the tea should definitely help with overall health, but I'm not sure the claim of losing weight can be determined without case studies.

Once I read through the ingredients I decided to sit down and drink some of this delicious Infinite Joy Herbal Tea. the smell is light, but the floral flavor is very strong if steeped for the full 5 minutes. I could taste the hibiscus and the rosa immediately. I ended up adding a teaspoon of honey to take down the strong Pimpinella Anisum flavor which tastes similar to licorice. I'm not a fan of licorice and the honey seemed to enhance the other ingredients more. The Infinite Joy Herbal tea was very good, but I can't see drinking it as often as it suggests on the bag to see results in weight loss. Personally I didn't see any difference in my weight from the few days that I tried it out, but I did have to pee more often which is a good thing. Any time I can drink something that will help me release the toxins in my body more often is a good thing.

The only true hangup I have with the Infinite Joy Herbal Tea product is the name. I don't like when companies call something a tea when it isn't. I realize I'm being super picky here, but this product is not an actual tea. It's caffeine free and it's made up of herbs not the Camellia sinensis plant which all tea comes from. If should be considered an Herbal Blend or Herbal Drink instead of using the word tea. Outside of my silly little hangup this product is really good to drink in the morning to energize you. I began taking the Garcinia Cambogia before breakfast and I noticed that it didn't have much of an odor like some of the pills I've taken. They claim that it gives you energy and I will admit that I had a boast of energy after about an hour of taking the pill. It didn't last long, but on the up side it wasn't the jittery type of energy that caffeine gives you. My appetite was pretty much the same throughout the first day. I made sure to take the pills as directed before each meal. It wasn't until the third day that I noticed a difference in my appetite. My appetite for breakfast was still as strong as ever, but I felt fuller throughout the day and I noticed that I wasn't as hungry for lunch and sometimes dinner.

Although I did lose a couple of pounds in two weeks I would say that is pretty standard for the type of exercise and diet that I'm working on. The Garcinia Cambogia may have been a factor in that weight loss just based on the lack of interest in meals, but it never killed any cravings for specific foods like some pills can do. This pill is meant to help block fat and help with your appetite which it seemed to do what it's supposed to do (for me).

The only draw backs that I had with taking the Garcinia Cambogia is remembering to take a pill 30 minutes before I ate and I noticed that it produced a lot of bad tasting burps. To be clear... the burping wasn't because of a change in my diet or because of carbonated drinks. The burping definitely started after taking the pills, but they only lasted for about 30 minutes or so. If the weight continues to drop and my appetite continues to lessen then I won't be concerned at all about some tiny burps. When I washed it out the next morning and blow dried and styled it my hair seemed to glisten. It wasn’t oily or weighed down it was just shiny and extremely soft. I loved what it did for my hair.

The more I read on coconut oil the more I realized that people should really be using this daily. It has been known to help people with cravings and weight loss, stress relief, infections, kidney problems, thyroid problems, migraines, etc. The list is about a mile long on the benefits of this product. One of my favorite snacking recipes is my air popped ranch popcorn. Yummy! Since I’m trying to watch my girlish figure I’ve learned that you can turn air popped popcorn into a dieters dream.

What you’ll need:
½ Cup white or yellow popcorn kernels
½ packet of powdered ranch dip
¼ tsp red pepper (optional)
½ tsp garlic salt
3 tbsp melted coconut oil
1 microwaveable glass bowl
1 plastic or paper plate that fits over the top of the glass bowl

Rub a little of the coconut oil around the sides of the bowl add the kernels to the bowl and put the plate over the top to keep the popped kernels from going all over the microwave. Put them in the microwave for about 4 to 5 minutes or so. Make sure to use pot holders to take the bowl out. Mix the coconut oil, red pepper, powdered ranch mix and garlic salt together and then pour it over your popcorn. Make sure to spread it all over the popcorn evenly. Then you can enjoy this low calorie snack knowing that you’re getting a great daily dose of your coconut oil. Let the energy begin and the food cravings be gone!
